Border Roads Organization (BRO) is responsible for constructing and maintaining most of the roads that travel through India's vast borders. They do an incredible job constructing roads across some of the most challenging and inhospitable terrains in the world. This picture shows BRO men trying to lay tarmac somewhere between Manali and Leh. Most of these men work under extreme cold temperatures at very high altitude.
